Independent living makes retirement planning easy! You still maintain the independent lifestyle that you want but without the more cumbersome aspects of living at home. You also have easy access to an active community and planned activities and events to cater to you and allow you to grow and make new friends!
Assisted living is for seniors who need some extra help with everyday tasks, but don’t require the extensive medical care of a nursing home. Residents receive personal care assistance and health services as well as social and physical opportunities to stay active as they age.
We do not take Medicare, however many long-term care insurances will cover some or most of the cost of assisted living.
Each month’s rent is based upon what size room you choose, small, medium, or large. However, every resident receives a large number of amenities included in the rent!
Residents and their families can rest assured that our residents are safe at all times. All buildings are secured and have 24-hour staffing. 24-hour emergency response pendants are also available for residents who are at a higher fall risk or have certain medical needs.
We do not currently allow pets, however, pets are more than welcome to visit!
We provide on-site transportation to activities and appointments. This includes assistance to and from nearby Iowa Specialty Hospitals & Clinics. For any residents who want to bring their car, we also offer attached garages for a separate fee.
