While residents do have the option to cook their meals in their apartment kitchens, delicious and healthy meals are available in the Meadows dining hall. Our cooking staff works hard to create varying menus that meet the nutritional needs of older adults. We also provide meal options to meet dietary restrictions, such as vegetarian diets and low-sodium diets. Our vegetarian meals are especially beloved among our offerings. Exercise & Fitness Options

Staying active is a vital part of healthy aging. Whether you’re staying in our independent living or assisted living residences, The Meadows offers a fitness room with a variety of exercise equipment for individual exercise. We also offer a variety of group exercise classes throughout the week. With a range of different classes, every resident is bound to find a fun way to stay active. We also provide options for those with mobility issues and special health conditions, so they can maintain a healthy lifestyle.
